**About the role**

Our GDPR/IP team is growing! We are currently looking for a lawyer with passion for Data Protection and Intellectual Property Law

## Requirements

**As a member of our GDPR/IP team, you will:**

-   obtain experience in a wide spectrum of data protection and intellectual property law matters, combine GDPR, IP and corporate and civil law knowledge with risk assessment and due diligence tasks;
-   participate in a wide variety of M&A and other corporate law transactions that include matters relating to data protection, cybersecurity, AI and intellectual property law, to ensure compliance with data protection laws and regulations as well as conduct IP due diligence and reviewing, draft relevant agreements (trademark licensing, software licensing, franchising, etc.);
-   provide advice to large national and multinational corporate clients and private equity funds in the field of data protection, privacy, intellectual property and information technology, including advising on matters relating to unfair competition;
-   assist in conducting thorough GDPR assessments for clients, identifying areas of improvement, and offering strategic recommendations;
-   be given the opportunity to become acquainted with other fields of law, such as TMT, Corporate;
-   acquire experience in the corporate and general legal aspects of a wide field of pioneering business transactions;
-   become a member of global wide workstreams and work in groups with international legal teams that further enhance legal knowledge on related matters and provide valuable international market input;
-   apply relevant knowledge to cases and legal solutions that refer to every-day commercial clients.

**The successful candidate should have:**

-   qualification to act as Greek lawyer through Greek law degree and bar admission;
-   at least 3 years of systematic and hands-on experience in data protection or privacy law; experience in intellectual property law
-   advanced interpersonal skills and attention to detail;
-   resilience, commitment;
-   continuous learning and development mindset;
-   positive attitude and team-work spirit;
-   excellent English writing, drafting and oral skills;
-   an LLM in fields related to Data Protection and Privacy Law, TMT, IP, Corporate and M&A or Civil law, AI and/or modules relating to GDPR will be a significant plus;
