## Description

We're looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior Social Media Marketing (SMM) Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns, a deep understanding of various platforms, and the ability to analyse metrics to optimise performance. _**What you'll be doing**_

— Lead a team of 5 SMM specialists: establish KPIs, build workflows, and bring structure to day-to-day operations

— Manage 7+ accounts across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, and others)

— Develop content strategy and editorial guidelines for the group's brands

— Align key content with the agency CEO

— Build internal processes independently — no micromanagement

— Implement team performance monitoring and analytics

## Requirements

**What we're looking for**

— Dubai-based experience

— Agency background with diverse clients and products

— Experience in real estate or luxury segment — a strong plus

— Fluent English or Russian languages

— Ambition to grow into a team lead role

— Systematic thinker: ability to build processes from scratch and introduce KPIs for a team
