**About the Company:**

**About the Role:**

Talent360 is seeking an experienced **Senior BIM Architectural Engineer** to lead the development of high-detail architectural BIM models and shop drawings up to **LOD 500**. The role focuses on delivering fully coordinated, construction-ready models and drawings across large-scale and mega projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, BIM standards, and international codes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop and manage **architectural BIM models up to LOD 500** with a high level of accuracy and detail.
-   Prepare, review, and deliver **detailed shop drawings** (plans, sections, elevations, and construction details).
-   Lead the development and coordination of architectural packages including:
-   Blockwork packages
-   Floor, wall, and ceiling finishes
-   Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP)
-   Staircase and detailed layouts
-   Support **Fit-Out and Interior Design (ID)** packages with detailed execution drawings.
-   Coordinate architectural models with **MEP, Structural, and Infrastructure teams** to ensure clash-free models.
-   Lead and participate in **clash detection and resolution** using BIM tools (e.g., Navisworks).
-   Ensure compliance with **LOD requirements, BIM standards, and naming conventions**.
-   Review and validate **shop drawings and as-built models**.
-   Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
-   Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project deliverables.

**Requirements:**

-   Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Engineering
-   **5–8+ years of experience** in Architectural BIM
-   Strong expertise in **shop drawings ,LOD 400–500 modeling**
-   High proficiency in **Revit and Navisworks**
-   Strong understanding of **BIM workflows, coordination processes, and construction detailing**
-   Experience working on Saudi / Emirati **large-scale or mega projects**
-   Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
