## Description

Our client is a leading iGaming solutions provider offering a comprehensive range of products for online casinos and sportsbooks, including game aggregation, payment integration, licensing support and turnkey platform development. The company specializes in innovative technologies such as AI-powered analytics and crypto-friendly systems, serving clients across Europe, Asia and Latin America.

## Requirements

-   Experience in iGaming industry
-   Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Support or Operations roles is considered an advantage
-   Understanding of platform operations, casino/sportsbook workflows and client communication processes
-   Experience working with Back Office systems / CRM / task tracking tools is a plus
-   Experience coordinating with multiple internal teams and handling operational client requests
-   Basic understanding of payments, providers and platform integrations is considered an advantage
-   English level: B2 or higher
-   Russian language is required

**Responsibilities**

-   Manage day-to-day communication with assigned platform clients
-   Track and coordinate ongoing client requests, issues and follow-ups
-   Work closely with Support, Product, Payments and Providers teams
-   Monitor task statuses and ensure timely client updates
-   Assist clients with platform-related operational questions
-   Participate in regular syncs and operational meetings with clients
-   Escalate critical issues when necessary
-   Support client retention and long-term relationships
-   Identify operational improvement and growth opportunities
-   Maintain clear visibility of client-related operational activities after launch
