### Overview

We're hiring senior Experience and Product Designers to work on some of the most meaningful projects in the country. Our work sits in areas of real social and environmental change, including gender equality, public service, healthcare, education, transport and beyond.

### About the opportunity

We have a few roles open right now, spanning focused long-term program work through to variety across a range of projects. You'll design usable, accessible and genuinely good experiences, working alongside researchers, technologists and strategists.

### **What you’ll do**

- Research with a mix of methods to understand user needs, behaviours and usability
- Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs, from mobile apps to desktop CRMs
- Engage stakeholders, from executives to technical teams, to build alignment and move work forward
- Run design workshops and discussions
- Turn research into clear solutions, recommendations and journey maps
- Keep well-structured documentation that guides development
- Regularly report on design progress to project managers and stakeholders, highlighting any risks or challenges.
- Provide detailed design documentation and specifications to guide the development process and ensure alignment.

## Requirements

### You

- Care deeply about user-centred design, for digital and beyond
- Love designing beautiful user interfaces, delivering elegant effective product interactions
- Are a curious, adaptable problem solver with a sharp eye for detail
- Have strong stakeholder skills and like a collaborative team

### Details

- We'd love someone who can start in the next few weeks (strong preference for those who can start straight away)
- We're hiring across both our Naarm (Melbourne) and Gadigal (Sydney) studios
- Contract lengths vary by role and project, from shorter engagements to longer-term work
- 4-5 days per week required regardless of role
- We're flexible on hybrid, with a preference for most of your time in-studio
- You'll need to be legally able to work in Australia without restrictions

### **To apply**

Send your portfolio and a short note on the kind of work you're drawn to, and we'll take it from there.
