**Position Overview**

We are seeking a results-driven **Marketing Communications Specialist** to join our growing marketing team. This role will focus on supporting integrated marketing campaigns, with an emphasis on digital marketing, content development and website management.

This is an ideal role for a marketer with hands-on experience in online and offline campaign implementation.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Participate in the planning and execution of integrated 360° marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
-   Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and propose optimization actions.
-   Ιn collaboration with internal or external teams & partners:

1.  \- participate in the creation of advertising and promotional materials, including the creative brief
2.  \- develop and implement the monthly social media content plan aligned with commercial and brand objectives
3.  \- coordinate content production (visuals, captions, videos)
4.  \- oversee the implementation of campaigns across Google Ads (SEM, GDN, etc.), Meta Ads, TikTok trends, and LinkedIn Ads

-   Manage and update website content (CMS - WordPress & Drupal).
-   Monitor and implement basic SEO activities (on-page optimization, keyword research and tracking).
-   Create, design, and distribute newsletters via Mailchimp or similar platforms, including performance tracking and reporting.

**Requirements**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
-   Experience of 2-4 years in an organized marketing department
-   Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-   Attention to detail, time management, and a growth-oriented mindset.
