## Description

We are seeking a skilled **CRM Implementation SaaS Application Engineer** to join our team. This role involves implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting CRM and SaaS applications while ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and alignment with business requirements.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Implement, configure, and support CRM and SaaS applications.
-   Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
-   Manage application releases, upgrades, and enhancements.
-   Integrate applications using APIs and other standard integration tools.
-   Develop and execute testing plans to ensure application quality and reliability.
-   Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
-   Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
-   Ensure system stability, compatibility, and adherence to best practices.

## Requirements

### Requirements

-   Experience in CRM implementation and SaaS application support.
-   Strong understanding of application integration and APIs.
-   Experience with SaaS testing and release management.
-   Knowledge of enterprise software platforms and business processes.
-   Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-   Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
-   Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar.
-   Experience with low-code/no-code platforms.
-   Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project delivery.
