## Description

Master works is seeking a program manager to oversee data-related programs and ensure successful project delivery aligned with organizational strategy through effective governance, stakeholder communication, and Agile practices.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Lead and oversee multiple data-related programs and projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and successful delivery.

-   Apply Agile practices using tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Confluence to monitor progress and performance.
-   Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies to achieve defined objectives.
-   Provide strategic direction, guidance, and performance oversight to project managers and teams.
-   Ensure proper reporting, governance, and decision-making at the program level.

## Requirements

-   Strong experience in **Program and Portfolio Management**.

-   Solid understanding and practical application of **Agile methodologies**.

-   Excellent **communication**, **presentation**, and **interpersonal** skills.

-   Proficiency in **project management tools** such as **Jira**, **Microsoft Project**, and **Confluence**.

-   Strong **analytical**, **problem-solving**, and **organizational** abilities.

-   +**5 years** of hands-on experience in **Program or Portfolio Management**, preferably within **data-focused projects**.

**Languages:**

-   **Arabic** – Mother tongue
-   **English** – Native/Fluent

**Preferred Certifications:**

-   PMP / PgMP / RMP (PMI)
-   Agile certifications
