## Description

**Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)**

**West Virginia | Telehealth | Full-Time**  
**$115,000–$120,000 per year**  
**Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM**

This position is for an LPC who enjoys focused client work and prefers a consistent weekday schedule. You’ll provide individual therapy through telehealth, get to know each client’s needs through assessment, and guide treatment based on their progress over time.

Most of your day will center on scheduled sessions, treatment planning, follow-up, and documentation. The work is structured, but each client brings a different set of concerns and goals, so clinical judgment remains an important part of the role.

**What You’ll Handle**

-   Conduct individual therapy sessions through telehealth
-   Complete intake evaluations and follow-up assessments
-   Build and maintain treatment plans based on client needs
-   Review progress and adjust interventions when appropriate
-   Keep clinical documentation accurate, current, and compliant

## Requirements

-   Active **West Virginia LPC license**
-   Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
-   Experience in outpatient mental health care
-   Strong time management and organization
-   Reliable internet and private workspace
