We're looking for a **Web Growth Manager** to help us scale our web business and accelerate subscription growth across global markets.

### What You'll Do

-   Own web user acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid channels.
-   Optimize the entire web funnel—from landing pages and onboarding to checkout, subscription conversion, retention, and LTV.
-   Monitor and improve key metrics including CPA, ROAS, CAC, CVR, AOV, and payback.
-   Work closely with Product, Design, Creative, Data, and Engineering teams to improve website performance and conversion.
-   Plan and execute A/B tests across landing pages, pricing, paywalls, checkout flows, and creatives.
-   Identify new acquisition channels, growth opportunities, and international markets.

## Requirements

### What We're Looking For

-   3+ years of experience growing subscription-based web products.
-   Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
-   Deep understanding of web analytics, attribution, and conversion optimization.
-   Experience with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and server-side tracking.
-   Strong analytical mindset and experience improving conversion rates and LTV.
-   Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

### Nice to Have

-   Experience with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
-   Experience with tools such as VWO, Optimizely, or similar A/B testing platforms.
-   Experience growing AI-powered or SaaS products.
-   Familiarity with SQL or BI tools.
-   You actively use AI tools in your daily workflow.
