## Description

Natterbox builds AI communications that elevate human-led customer conversations. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused design role. You will be our only designer, working directly with Product Owners across the platform.

**What you’ll do**

- Work with each Product Owner to turn their vision into beautifully designed and built products.
- Use AI alongside Figma for rapid prototyping: building clickable prototypes and exploring and testing ideas quickly.
- Own and maintain our Figma component library, which is central to how we ship with quality and confidence.
- Design complex enterprise workflows, including real-time monitoring, configuration and retrospective analysis, balancing simplicity for new users with depth for experienced ones.

**How we work**

Product at Natterbox is a small, senior team with a flat structure. As our only designer, you will work directly with Product Owners across the platform and own your own quality bar. Our engineering is AI-accelerated, which raises the standard expected of craft and judgement.

## Requirements

**What you must have**

- Strong Figma skills, with hands-on experience building and maintaining component and design systems.
- A designer who embraces AI as part of the craft: able to prompt well and use it with imagination, while understanding where manual effort and well-built systems still matter.
- Shipped B2B or SaaS products with genuinely complex workflows, rather than marketing sites or consumer-only work.
- The ability to operate as the only designer, and to own your own quality bar.

## Benefits

**What we offer**

- Competitive salary and bonus.
- Hybrid working, based in the UK. Approximately 1 day per quarter in our London office
- Ownership of design across the whole platform.

**Growth**

Product Owners currently own user research. There is room to grow into research-led problem framing over time if you wish, but it is an opportunity rather than a requirement for the role as it stands.
