**The Role**

• **Position**: Social Media Marketing

• **Reports to**: Brand Director (Alan)

• **Location**: HQ (Open to global locations)

**Role Overview** As the Social Media Marketing specialist, you will be the creative force behind VIVAIA's social presence, driving engagement and brand awareness across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) with a strong focus on data-driven campaigns and aesthetic excellence.

**What You'll Do**

• **Platform Management**: Overseeing daily operations and content strategy for Instagram (highest priority), Facebook, and TikTok, with potential expansion to Threads.

• **Content Creation**: Developing social-first content ideas that stop the scroll, ensuring high aesthetic standards and strong "internet sense" (网感) tailored to Western audiences.

• **Campaign Execution**: Planning and executing social media campaigns, tracking performance metrics (e.g., engagement rate), and optimizing strategies based on data insights.

• **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Working directly with the Brand Director and Visual Director to align social content with overall brand visual guidelines and marketing objectives.

• **Trend Spotting**: Staying ahead of the game with trends, algorithm updates, and audience insights to keep VIVAIA's social presence fresh and relevant.

**Who You Are**

• **Experience**: Experience in social media marketing, content creation, or a related field. Junior candidates with exceptional talent and portfolio are welcome.

• **Hard Skills**: Strong understanding of social media metrics (engagement rate, CPM, CPC) and experience managing successful campaigns.

• **Soft Skills**: Creative at the core with an eye for design, strong editorial/artistic background, and excellent English communication skills.

• **Values Alignment**: A shared commitment to sustainability, innovation, and creating a positive impact through engaging content.

## Requirements

• **Must-have**:

◦ Proven track record of managing high-performing social media accounts, particularly Instagram.

◦ Exceptional aesthetic sensibility and strong "internet sense" for Western markets.

◦ Fluent in English (working language).

◦ A strong portfolio showcasing creative content and campaign results.

• **Nice-to-have**:

◦ Background in art, editorial, or fashion industries.

◦ Experience with influencer campaigns and community management.
