## Description

Magic Law Group is seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant specializing in Meta Ads management to support the expansion of our referral program. This is a fully remote, contract position requiring proven hands-on experience running paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).

### Key Responsibilities

-   Plan, build, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
-   Develop and test ad copy, creatives, audiences, and targeting strategies
-   Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for key metrics (CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPC)
-   Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing page combinations
-   Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI
-   Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
-   Collaborate with internal team members to align ad strategy with the referral program goals
-   Stay current on Meta advertising policies, algorithm updates, and best practices

## Requirements

-   Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
-   Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Meta Pixel
-   Strong understanding of audience targeting, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies
-   Experience with campaign objectives including lead generation, conversions, and awareness
-   Ability to interpret analytics data and translate findings into optimized strategies
-   Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
-   Highly organized, self-directed, and able to meet deadlines independently
-   Experience in legal industry or law firm marketing is a plus
-   Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST).
-   High school diploma or equivalent.

  
**System and Work Setup Requirements:**

-   A stable and high-speed internet connection preferably 25 MBPS or higher with backup in cases of power interruption or service provider issues.
-   Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher; Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer; with up-to-date web browsers, and security software, 500GB/128 SSD storage
-   Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution
-   A designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions to facilitate focused work
