## Description

Tutor Me Education is reshaping how students learn, and we're looking for experienced **Test-Prep Tutors** to provide 1:1 and small group virtual instruction to students across the country. If you're passionate about supporting students — and you want the flexibility to build a schedule around your life — we'd love to hear from you.

**What you'll do:**

-   **Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction** tailored to each student's target score, baseline performance, and specific test-taking strengths and weaknesses.
-   **Create structured lesson plans** and timeline strategies that align with upcoming exam dates (such as the SAT, ACT, AP exams, ISEE/SSAT, or GRE) and specific student pacing needs.
-   **Adapt instruction in real time** based on student questions, practice test performance, and conceptual gaps, emphasizing both content mastery and time-management strategies.
-   **Track student progress** through diagnostic metrics and communicate effectively with families regarding score growth, homework completion, and official test readiness.

## Requirements

**Requirements**

-   **Bachelor's degree required**
-   **Experience working with students who have education needs**
-   **Ability to design and deliver lesson plans** aligned to student goals and accommodations
-   **Strong virtual instruction skills** — comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online
-   **Ability to pass a background check**
-   **Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace**

**Preferred (not required):**

-   Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
