**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a highly experienced **Senior Cortex Developer** with deep hands-on expertise in Cortex platforms and architecture. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end development, customization, integration, and optimization of Cortex-based solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business requirements.

This role requires a strong technical leader who can drive design decisions, handle complex implementations, and act as a subject matter expert in Cortex technologies.

### **Core Responsibilities:**

### **Cortex Development & Customization:**

-   Design and develop advanced solutions using **Cortex platform capabilities**
-   Customize Cortex modules based on business and technical requirements
-   Develop reusable components, workflows, and services within Cortex ecosystem
-   Ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of Cortex applications

### **Architecture & Solution Design:**

-   Lead system design and architecture discussions for Cortex implementations
-   Define technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards
-   Identify optimization opportunities and improve system efficiency
-   Ensure secure and robust system design

### **Integration & APIs:**

-   Integrate Cortex with core banking systems, third-party applications, and external APIs
-   Design and implement REST/SOAP services
-   Handle data exchange, transformation, and synchronization across systems

### **Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting:**

-   Analyze system performance and resolve bottlenecks
-   Debug and fix complex technical issues in Cortex environments
-   Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions

### **Leadership & Collaboration:**

-   Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
-   Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
-   Work closely with Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders
-   Translate business requirements into technical solutions

### **Deployment & DevOps:**

-   Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
-   Manage version control and release cycles
-   Ensure smooth migration between environments (Dev / UAT / Production)

## Requirements

**Total Years of Experience:**

-   **5–10+ years of overall experience in software development**
-   **Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience specifically in Cortex platform (MUST)**

**Cortex Expertise (MANDATORY):**

-   Strong hands-on experience with **Cortex platform (end-to-end)**
-   Deep understanding of Cortex architecture, modules, and configurations
-   Experience in Cortex customization, workflows, and integrations
-   Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Cortex-based systems

**Programming & Technologies:**

-   Strong proficiency in one or more: **Java / .NET / Python**
-   Experience with **RESTful APIs & Web Services (SOAP)**
-   Solid experience with **SQL & database design**
-   Knowledge of **microservices architecture**

**Integration & Systems:**

-   Experience integrating Cortex with enterprise systems
-   Understanding of middleware and messaging systems
-   Familiarity with API gateways and service orchestration

**Tools & Platforms:**

-   Experience with **Git / version control systems**
-   CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
-   Experience with cloud environments (AWS / Azure) is a plus

**Domain Experience (Highly Preferred):**

-   Banking or Financial Services ( core banking environment)
-   Experience working with large-scale enterprise systems
