## Description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is seeking a skilled Polish-Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role offers the chance to play a vital role in maintaining a safe and trusted digital environment for Polish-speaking users within a fast-paced, international company.

As a Digital Trust & Safety Specialist, you will monitor user content, mitigate potential risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the enforcement of community standards and safety policies.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Review and moderate digital content to ensure adherence to trust and safety guidelines for Polish-speaking communities.
-   Respond to and resolve user concerns related to digital trust and safety.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to improve safety protocols and workflows.
-   Monitor trends in safety issues and generate reports to inform strategic decisions.
-   Stay up-to-date with evolving regulations and best practices in digital trust and safety.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Polish (spoken and written) is required.
-   Proficiency in English is preferred.
-   Clearly state your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; relocation assistance may be offered.
