**Job Summary**

We are seeking a passionate and talented **Omnichannel Engagement Specialist** to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead and execute the omnichannel engagement strategy for the Saudi cluster, aligned with global direction and business objectives.
-   Design customer segmentation and targeted engagement blueprints using HCP behavior, prescription data, and insights to define optimal channel mix, frequency, and personalization.
-   Plan and deliver end-to-end omnichannel campaigns across digital, virtual, email, and physical channels, ensuring seamless customer journeys.
-   Develop, localize, and deploy compliant multimedia content in collaboration with Medical, Regulatory, and Marketing teams.
-   Monitor HCP interactions, SLAs, and engagement performance metrics, continuously optimizing effectiveness, impact, and ROI.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders through regular field visits and representation at key medical events in Saudi Arabia.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

-   Minimum 3+ years of pharmaceutical commercial experience (sales and/or marketing), including 2+ years in omnichannel or digital roles.
-   Strong expertise in customer segmentation, behavioral targeting, and data-driven omnichannel engagement and campaign execution.
-   Hands-on experience with digital and CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and analytics tools, including content development.
-   Solid understanding of the Saudi healthcare market, regulations, and local market dynamics.
-   Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
-   Fluent in Arabic and English.
