As LBC Mortgage continues to expand and support new initiatives, we're excited to hire **Behavior Therapists** for one of our growing projects in the Los Angeles area.

### **Position: Behavior Therapist**

In this role, you'll work one-on-one with children in their homes, using movement, sports, and play-based activities to support their physical, behavioral, and social development. You'll collaborate with families and a dedicated team to create a positive, engaging, and supportive experience for every child.

### **We're Looking For:**

• Experience working with children (experience with special needs or neurodiverse children is a plus)  
• Background in Behavior Therapy, Psychology, Education, Kinesiology, or a related field preferred  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills  
• Passion for sports, movement, and helping children succeed  
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license  
• Fluency in Russian or Spanish is a plus

Hourly Rate : 50 USD
