### Why this role exists

**Own the MES and eBMR go-lives that are the heart of what Leucine replaces.**

MES and electronic batch records are the core of what Leucine replaces on the shop floor. You will own those go-lives, translating how a plant actually makes a batch into a live, compliant system operators trust.

### What your first year looks like

-   Lead MES / eBMR and LIMS go-lives on the shop floor
-   Translate batch manufacturing workflows into a configured, compliant system
-   Manage validation and change control with client quality teams
-   Build the MES delivery playbook the team scales on

### Who this is for

-   A hands-on MES / eBMR or LIMS implementer who has taken plants live
-   Deep on shop-floor and batch-record reality, not just software
-   A calm, structured owner under go-live pressure
-   We care about how you deliver, not only your credentials

### Nice to have

-   Worked at or with an MES vendor
-   Process or pharma manufacturing background

### Interview process

-   Round 1 (20 min): Screen and motivation
-   Round 2 (45 min): Delivery story. A project you drove to go-live. We reward ownership under pressure
-   Round 3 (45 min): Case. Turn a messy client situation into a plan. We reward structure and calm
-   Round 4 (30 min): Founders and values
