Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop in **Mount Pearl** is looking for skilled Barbers and Hairstylists who enjoy their craft and want to be part of a welcoming, professional team.

### Your Day Behind the Chair

As part of our Mount Pearl team, you'll:

-   Provide quality men's haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services
-   Consult with guests to understand their style preferences
-   Deliver a friendly, professional experience from start to finish
-   Build relationships with guests through consistent service
-   Stay current with new barbering techniques and grooming trends
-   Keep your workstation clean, organized, and ready for each guest
-   Support your teammates in maintaining a smooth, efficient shop

### What We're Looking For

We're interested in meeting Barbers and Hairstylists who have:

-   Professional barbering or hairstyling training and experience
-   Journeyperson certification or registered apprenticeship
-   Strong skills in men's cutting and grooming
-   Excellent customer service and communication skills
-   The ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
-   A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
-   Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
