## Description

Inspiroz is currently seeking a **results-driven, detail-oriented Chromebook repair Technician** to join our **on-site Hardware Repair Team in Chadds Ford, PA** for approximately **one and half months beginning in mid-June**. This role will support a **Hardware Repair and Assessment Project** for our clients.

As an IT Project Assistant, you will assist with:

·                Assessing and repairing hardware

·                Reimaging devices

·                Setting up equipment in preparation for the upcoming school year

**Position Details**

·               Contractor position

·                **Hours:** 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

·                **Location:** On-site in PA

·                **Transportation:** Candidates must be able to commute independently and should have access to a vehicle

Perform high-volume Chromebook cleaning, diagnostics, and hardware repairs.

·       Replace device components including LCDs, keyboards, motherboards, and related parts

·       Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair malfunctioning devices.

·       Accurately capture device issues and associated components in ConnectWise tickets and tracking spreadsheets.

·       Use spreadsheets to assign, track, and manage repair tasks efficiently.

·       Install, maintain, and enroll Chromebooks, iPads, and laptops into required management systems.

·       Manage inventory control for new, retired, and refurbished device parts.

·       Test components for usability and determine proper disposition.

·       Receive, label, palletize and depalletizing, and prepare devices for shipment, complete required shipping documentation.

·       Load and unload Chromebooks and related equipment from commercial vehicles.

·       Organize and maintain a physical inventory of devices and parts.

·       Complete assigned daily, weekly, and monthly operational tasks.

·       Travel and assist with a designated driver to support device pickup and delivery at schools and other assigned locations as needed.

·       Operate in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

·       Lift and transport equipment weighing up to 70–80 lbs.

·       Travel as required, including extended interstate trips and occasional outdoor work.
