**About the Position:** 

As the Recruitment Support Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to support our clients' hiring needs. You will manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial outreach and screening through interview coordination and hiring recommendations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, evaluating talent, and helping growing organizations find exceptional people.

## Requirements

-   Excellent English communication skills: verbal, written, and reading – MUST

-   Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or a similar hiring-focused role – MUST
-   Experience conducting candidate interviews and assessments – MUST
-   Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
-   Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
-   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-   Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
-   Ability to manage multiple openings and candidate pipelines simultaneously
-   Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
-   Experience recruiting for leadership, operations, customer support, or professional-level roles is a plus 

**Responsibilities:** 

-   Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through various recruitment channels
-   Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications
-   Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidate fit
-   Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
-   Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
-   Document candidate feedback, interview notes, and recruitment activity within company systems
-   Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
-   Track candidate progress and ensure timely movement through the recruitment process
-   Present qualified candidates and hiring recommendations to stakeholders
-   Support ongoing improvements to recruitment processes and candidate experience
