## Description

**QC Inspector – Radiator Background**

We are looking for a Quality Control (QC) Inspector with experience in radiator manufacturing and repair processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of inspection, testing, and quality standards related to radiators.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of radiator components and assemblies
-   Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and drawings
-   Inspect radiator cores, tubes, fins, tanks, and welding/brazing quality
-   Conduct pressure testing and leak testing of radiators
-   Identify defects and non-conformities and report to QA/QC team
-   Maintain inspection reports and quality documentation
-   Coordinate with production team to improve product quality
-   Ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures

**Requirements:**

-   Diploma/ITI or relevant technical qualification
-   Minimum 3–5 years of experience in radiator manufacturing/repair industry
-   Knowledge of welding, brazing, and pressure testing
-   Familiar with QC tools and inspection methods
-   Ability to read and understand technical drawings
-   Good communication and reporting skills
