**What you will do -**

We are seeking a motivated and talented **Associate or Senior Counsel** to join our **Automotive Warranty and Product Liability Practice Group** in our **Minneapolis, MN office**. This position offers a dynamic opportunity for attorneys with experience in **product liability defense** or **comparable general liability/insurance defense litigation** to grow their careers in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

You’ll be a vital member of our team, with hands-on responsibility for day-to-day case development—including handling depositions, engaging directly with clients, collaborating with technical experts, managing critical discovery tasks, and drafting and arguing motions. You’ll also play a key role in supporting partners on strategic litigation planning, all the way through trial preparation and execution.

We’re looking for **a self-starter** with **4+ years of litigation experience**, who is eager to develop expertise across a broad range of matters. The ideal candidate will possess strong research, writing, and advocacy skills, a high degree of independence and initiative, and a desire to contribute meaningfully to the success of our clients.

## Requirements

**Basic Qualifications -**

-   JD from an accredited law school

-   Active member of the Minnesota Bar

-   4+ years of litigation experience 

 **Preferred Qualifications –**

-   Understanding of current state and federal procedures
-   Excellent written and oral communication skills
-   Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
-   Trial experience preferred, but not required
