## Description

We are looking for a **Creatio Technical Consultant** to join our team. If you’re a problem-solver with 2-5 years of work experience, who loves technology and prefers building sleek, functional solutions over writing thousands of lines of custom code, this is for you.

We work with **Creatio**, a world-class platform that allows us to build complex enterprise software at lightning speed. You won't just be a cog in the machine but you’ll be designing systems that real people use every day to make their work lives easier.

What you will be doing:

-   **Building Apps:** Using AI/code/no-code tools to create UI, dashboards, and complex business logic.
-   **Problem Solving:** Analyzing how a business works and figuring out how to make it 10x more efficient.
-   **Connecting Systems:** Working with APIs (REST) and C#/ SQL/ JavaScript to make different platforms talk to each other.
-   **Collaborating:** Working closely with Senior Consultants and Project Managers in an agile, ego-free environment.

## Requirements

-   **Technical Proficiency:** You might not be a Senior Dev, but you understand logic, data structures, and how the web works. You have more than 6 months of C#, JavaScript, and T-SQL (PL-SQL) experience or a portfolio which you can walk us through.
-   **Analytical:** You enjoy deconstructing a problem until you find the most elegant solution and you are able to describe your process to others.
-   **Communicator:** You can explain technical concepts in plain English (B2+ level required).
-   **Growth-Minded:** You’re ready to learn fast, get certified, and take ownership of your tasks.
-   **Education:** STEM education is a strong advantage.
