**Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)**

**Location:** Louisiana  
**Setting:** Remote/Telehealth  
**Position:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000 to $120,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Job Summary**

We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor for a full-time remote position in Louisiana. You will provide counseling to clients with a range of mental health concerns and manage the clinical work associated with each case. The role includes regular therapy sessions, assessments, documentation, and follow-up care. You will also coordinate referrals or additional support when needed.

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide scheduled counseling sessions through telehealth
-   Complete initial assessments and review client concerns
-   Establish treatment goals and determine appropriate next steps
-   Provide ongoing counseling based on client needs
-   Maintain accurate progress notes and clinical records
-   Review changes in symptoms or concerns throughout treatment
-   Coordinate referrals and follow-up services when appropriate

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
-   Active LPC license in Louisiana
-   Experience providing counseling services in a clinical or telehealth setting
-   Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
-   Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
