## Description

Ross Creative Works is a full-service marketing and design agency based in the Chicago suburbs and we create marketing strategies to design a better world. Through storytelling, strategy, and excellent attention to detail, we help our clients meet their business goals.

We’re hiring an experienced Marketing Strategist (not entry-level) to own strategy and performance for a set of managed clients. You’ll be the person who connects the dots between business goals, channel strategy, great execution, and real outcomes, all while building strong, long-term client relationships.

**You would be a strong fit if you:**

At least 3+ years of work experience in the marketing and communication industry is required. Knowledge of CRM systems such as hubspot is also helpful. Strong attention to detail is crucial. This role is fully remote.

## Requirements

-   3+ years of digital marketing experience (not entry-level).
-   1+ years client-facing experience (account management, strategy, or consulting).
-   Experience working across multiple channels (ex: Email, CRM, paid social, social media, email).
-   Familiarity with tools like HubSpot (or similar), Meta Ads Manager, GA4.
-   Understanding of how to use analytics to make marketing decisions.
-   Solid writing skills are required in this role for helping with the proposal writing process, developing client facing copy on website landing pages, creating email calls to action, etc. 
-   Knowledge of how to work in project management systems is expected. 
-   Knowledge of CRM systems and email marketing is extremely helpful. 
-   Soft skills needed: Extremely good attention to detail is crucial, as is prompt regard for deadlines.
