### About the Role

We’re looking for an HR Specialist – Employee Experience, Culture & Engagement to join our HR team at Moyasar.

As Moyasar continues to grow in the fintech and payments sector, you’ll help create a positive employee experience and strengthen our culture across different teams. You’ll focus on engagement, internal communication, recognition, and initiatives that keep our people connected and engaged.

### What You’ll Do

-   Support employee engagement and culture initiatives across Moyasar.
-   Plan internal events, activities, and employee recognition programs.
-   Support the employee journey from onboarding through offboarding.
-   Coordinate employee surveys and collect feedback.
-   Turn employee feedback into practical improvement initiatives.
-   Support internal HR communications and company announcements.
-   Improve the onboarding and new-joiner experience.
-   Support recognition, wellbeing, and team-building initiatives.
-   Work closely with managers and employees across our different teams.
-   Track employee engagement activities and related HR metrics.

## Requirements

### What We’re Looking For

-   Bachelor’s degree.
-   Experience in HR, Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, or a similar role.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Creative and comfortable organizing employee activities and initiatives.
-   Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
-   Experience in fintech, technology, or financial services is a plus.
-   Arabic and English communication skills.
