## Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented **Landscape CAD Designer** to join our team at RemoteVA PH. The ideal candidate will specialize in creating precise and visually appealing CAD designs for landscaping projects. This role requires a strong understanding of landscape drafting principles, the ability to interpret project requirements, and a creative eye for detail.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Develop detailed CAD drawings and designs for landscaping projects.
-   Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure designs meet project specifications.
-   Interpret landscaping plans and translate them into high-quality CAD drawings.
-   Modify existing CAD drawings as required based on project updates or client feedback.
-   Ensure designs adhere to local landscaping and zoning codes.
-   Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a CAD Designer with a focus on landscaping projects.
-   Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or other similar tools).
-   Strong understanding of landscape architecture and design principles.
-   Ability to read and interpret construction plans and zoning codes.
-   Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
-   Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects effectively.

**Tools Required:**

-   CAD software (AutoCAD or equivalent).
