## Description

### General Manager

As a General Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the entire operation, developing your team, delivering an exceptional guest experience, and driving strong financial and operational results.

**What You’ll Do:**

-   Lead and develop the restaurant and bar team
-   Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and guest service
-   Drive sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance
-   Maintain high standards for food, beverage, service, cleanliness, and safety
-   Recruit, train, coach, and retain team members
-   Monitor inventory, labor, and operating costs
-   Ensure company standards and procedures are followed
-   Create a positive, high-energy environment for both guests and employees

**What You Bring:**

-   Previous restaurant, bar, hospitality, or entertainment management experience
-   Strong leadership and team-building skills
-   Experience with scheduling, staffing, and restaurant operations
-   Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-   Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
-   Passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience

### Assistant General Manager

The Assistant General Manager works closely with the General Manager to lead daily operations, support the team, and ensure the restaurant and bar run smoothly.

**What You’ll Do:**

-   Support the General Manager with daily operations
-   Lead and coach team members throughout each shift
-   Help manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance
-   Maintain excellent guest service and operational standards
-   Assist with inventory, cash handling, and cost control
-   Help ensure food, beverage, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
-   Step in as a leader and decision-maker when the General Manager is unavailable

**What You Bring:**

-   Previous restaurant, bar, or hospitality leadership experience
-   Strong communication and leadership skills
-   Ability to motivate and coach a team
-   Excellent customer service skills
-   Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

### Shift Leads

Shift Leads are hands-on leaders who help keep each shift running smoothly while supporting the team and delivering an excellent guest experience.

**What You’ll Do:**

-   Lead the team during assigned shifts
-   Provide outstanding service to every guest
-   Support opening, closing, and daily operational procedures
-   Coach and assist team members throughout the shift
-   Help maintain food, beverage, cleanliness, and safety standards
-   Assist with cash handling and shift accountability
-   Address guest concerns professionally
-   Communicate important shift information to management

**What You Bring:**

-   Previous restaurant, bar, hospitality, or leadership experience preferred
-   Strong customer service skills
-   Positive attitude and strong work ethic
-   Ability to lead by example
-   Reliable and dependable
-   Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
