## Description

Key Responsibilities  
Strategic Leadership & Management  
● Direction: Set the technical direction and strategy for the development team, ensuring  
alignment with overall business objectives.  
● Team Oversight: Manage the full team lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, setting  
performance goals, and conducting reviews.  
● Culture: Foster a positive, productive work environment that encourages collaboration  
and innovation.  
● Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of learning by identifying areas for  
optimization and introducing new technologies or processes.

Technical Excellence & Quality Assurance  
● Architecture: Leverage a deep understanding of software development methodologies,  
architecture, and best practices to guide decision-making.  
● Quality Control: Establish quality assurance processes, conduct code reviews, and  
implement testing strategies to ensure high reliability and quality standards.  
● Industry Knowledge: Maintain a strong technical background and stay up-to-date with  
the latest industry trends.  
Project Management & Collaboration  
● Execution: Oversee project planning, resourcing, and execution to ensure timelines are  
estimated accurately and resources are allocated effectively.

● Cross-Functional Communication: Act as the bridge between development and other  
departments (Product, Marketing, Operations), conveying technical concepts to  
non-technical stakeholders.  
● Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with diverse teams and  
communicate effectively across organizational boundaries.

## Requirements

Education & Experience  
● Education: A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.  
● Total Experience: Minimum of 15 years of professional experience.  
● Technical Experience: 8+ years of experience designing and building scalable enterprise  
software.  
● Management Experience: 7+ years of managing teams within a development  
organization.

Skills & Languages  
● Core Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required.  
● Agility: Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.  
● Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
