## Description

Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is seeking a skilled **CAD Designer** to join our team. The CAD Designer will play a key role in supporting the engineering and design teams by producing high-quality drawings and design documents for various land development and civil engineering projects. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong CAD skills who desire **to contribute to challenging projects in a collaborative environment.**

-   **Prepare civil engineering drawings and site plans using AutoCAD** in accordance with MRA drafting standards
-   **Assist with the design and production of storm drainage systems, sediment and erosion control plans, grading plans, utility layouts, and structural details**
-   Develop and revise construction documents and technical plan sets with accuracy and attention to detail
-   Coordinate with engineers and project teams to support project deliverables and deadlines
-   Help prepare agency submission packages in accordance with municipal and regulatory review requirements
-   Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout all phases of design

## Requirements

-   **1 or more years experience of AutoCAD Civil 3D design experience required**
-   **Experience in drafting civil engineering plans, including grading, utilities, stormwater management, and erosion control**
-   Strong attention to detail and accuracy in producing drawings
-   Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, designers, and other team members
-   Good communication skills, both verbal and written
-   **High school diploma required**
-   **Formal CAD training or certification preferred**
