## Description

### About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking **Construction Laborer** to join our team on an overnight construction project. This position will support the field crew with general labor, material handling, site cleanup, and other construction-related tasks while working safely and efficiently during night hours.

### Responsibilities

-   Perform general construction labor and physical work on an active job site
-   Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and equipment
-   Assist carpenters, operators, and other skilled trades as needed
-   Perform demolition, site cleanup, and debris removal
-   Use basic hand and power tools safely
-   Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
-   Follow all safety procedures, site rules, and supervisor instructions
-   Assist with setup and breakdown of work areas
-   Work efficiently with the crew during overnight operations
-   Perform additional duties as assigned by the Foreman or Superintendent

## Requirements

-   Previous construction or general labor experience preferred
-   Ability to work **overnight shifts consistently**
-   Comfortable performing physically demanding work for extended periods
-   Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
-   Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
-   Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
-   Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team
-   Must have appropriate PPE, including work boots and hard hat
-   OSHA 10 is a plus
