## Description

Puesto remoto para Argentina, Mexico y Colombia. La descripcion esta en ingles porque el trabajo es en ingles con instaladores de Estados Unidos y Canada.

We're Green LED Lighting Solutions, a Canadian LED manufacturer. Our systems go into buildings, signs and entertainment venues across North America. Every one of them starts as a drawing, a cable layout and a bill of materials, and when the installer hits something the drawing didn't cover, they call us. We need one more person at that desk.

SHIFT: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Buenos Aires, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mexico City and Bogota), Monday to Friday. Remote, contract. Open to candidates in Argentina, Mexico and Colombia.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

\- Produce the design package from our design lead's markups: wiring and single-line diagrams, fixture and cable layouts, controller and addressing schedules, pathway and assembly drawings, in AutoCAD to our standard.

\- Build the costed bill of materials that goes with it in our CPQ and ERP, including the connectors, PSUs, amplifiers and wire that get forgotten.

\- Hold our installer support line about 40% of the week: pixel data faults, DMX addressing, voltage drop, controller setup. You drew it, so you can fix it.

\- Turn repeat calls into installer-facing docs so the same call stops coming back.

NOT A FIT IF

\- You want pure drafting with no phone.

\- You've only drawn what someone else designed and never had to defend it to the person installing it.

\- You need a script.

TO APPLY

Put the word PIXEL in the first line of your cover letter. Attach one wiring diagram or signal-flow drawing you produced yourself, and paste a link to a 2-minute video, in English, of you explaining voltage drop on a 12V LED run to an electrician who's never heard the term. Applications without both aren't reviewed.

## Requirements

\- 3+ years in a design or drafting seat at an AV integrator, lighting integrator, or systems house. You've produced signal-flow, rack, cable schedule or wiring packages that got built.

\- AutoCAD. Revit or D-Tools a plus.

\- Low-voltage DC fundamentals: voltage drop, power injection, PSU sizing. We'll test this.

\- Spoken English good enough to walk a US or Canadian electrician through a fault on a bad connection. Live phone screen in English.

\- Daily AI use in your work. Show us how.

\- Full availability 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern, Monday to Friday.

Preferred, not required: DMX512, SPI pixel protocols (WS2811, UCS, TM18xx), or any of Advatek, Falcon, PixLite, ENTTEC, Pharos, Madrix. We train that. We don't train the rest.

## Benefits

\- USD 2,500 per month, paid monthly, remote contract

\- Daytime schedule in your own time zone, no night shift

\- You own the design package end to end, reviewed by our design lead, on real architectural, signage and entertainment lighting projects across North America

\- Small team, no layers: your drawings and your fixes become the company's standard
