## Description

AHS, a premier name in luxury real estate development, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Manager – Architectural to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for leading architectural design efforts across a range of high-end residential and commercial projects. You will oversee the architectural team, ensuring that design concepts are innovative, functional, and aligned with client expectations as well as regulatory requirements.

### Responsibilities

-   Lead and manage the architectural design process from initial concept through to project completion
-   Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including interior designers, engineers, and project managers, to develop cohesive design solutions
-   Review and refine architectural plans and drawings to ensure quality and compliance with company standards
-   Coordinate project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and successful project delivery
-   Engage with clients to understand their vision, provide updates, and gather feedback during the design phase
-   Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications
-   Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural design
-   Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the architectural team

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
-   Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on luxury residential or commercial projects
-   Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of completed architectural projects
-   Proven leadership skills and experience managing design teams
-   Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
-   Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability practices
-   Registered Architect (RA) or equivalent licensure is preferred
-   Professional certifications such as LEED, AIA, or a comparable professional architecture credential are a plus.
