Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's AI & Technology Company. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Czech-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to cutting-edge AI products and technology services.

Your fluency in Czech will be essential in helping clients understand product functionalities, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a seamless experience with our innovative solutions. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to the advancement of AI technology.

### Responsibilities

-   Deliver high-quality customer service in Czech through phone, email, and chat regarding AI and technology inquiries
-   Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions for customers using our products
-   Assist customers with understanding product features, functionalities, and usage
-   Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
-   Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively
-   Collect customer feedback to improve our products and services continuously
-   Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in AI and technology

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Czech and English, with excellent communication skills
-   Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
-   Experience in customer service, particularly in technology or software, is preferred
-   Able to handle multiple inquiries and solve issues in a fast-paced environment
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
-   Genuine interest in AI and technology, eager to assist customers in leveraging our products
-   Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
