As an ABA Therapist, you will provide **high-quality, in-person therapy services** to our clients in the **Queens, NY area**. This job requires a compassionate, dynamic individual who is committed to implementing customized therapy plans that address the unique needs of each client. Working closely with our multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their developmental goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Implement individualized treatment plans.
-   Collect and record data on client progress and adjust interventions as needed
-   Engage clients in evidence-based learning and behavior modification techniques

## Requirements

Job requirements:

-   **Ability to commute to/from Queens, NY - REQUIRED**
-   **Must have valid ABA Therapy License/Certification**
-   **Bachelor's degree**
-   Ability to make learning fun and interactive, with the focus of the tutoring often determined by student questions and comments
-   Ability to pass a background check if required
