We are looking for an **IT Operations Senior Manager** to join our ΙΤ Τeam! The role is based in our offices in Athens or in Heraklion, Crete.  

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Ensure reliable, high-performing infrastructure and IT support for stores, offices and business functions.
-   Oversee monitoring, maintenance, upgrades, technology selection and documentation.
-   Manage incidents, problems and changes; track KPIs and service levels and resolve recurring issues.
-   Manage technology partners and vendors to meet service levels and business needs.
-   Own operational budgets and optimize infrastructure and service costs.
-   Oversee security risks, vulnerabilities and remediation; lead major incident response, recovery and business continuity.
-   Coordinate with the SOC, external providers and JD Group Cyber Security.
-   Support security policies and audits; track compliance, findings and the Cyber Security roadmap.
-   Coach and develop the team; set priorities and allocate resources in line with CTO and business objectives.
-   Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
-   Significant senior-level experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure or Service Delivery within a complex, multi-site environment; retail or digital commerce experience is preferred.
-   Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
-   Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, networks, systems, monitoring tools and IT service management practices.
-   Solid understanding of cyber security risk, vulnerability management, compliance, audits and collaboration with SOC and external security providers.
-   Excellent stakeholder management, communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to set priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced business environment.
-   Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Cisco, CISSP, CISM or equivalent are considered an advantage.
-   Fluency in English and Greek.
