## Description

On behalf of our client, a leading company specializing in Import & Export, is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented **Logistics Specialist – Export** to join their growing team.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Coordinate and monitor export shipments (Sea, Air & Land).
-   Prepare and review export documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, B/L, and Certificates of Origin.
-   Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs clearance agents.
-   Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
-   Handle shipment delays and resolve operational issues.
-   Ensure compliance with customs regulations, Incoterms 2020, and export procedures.
-   Maintain accurate shipment records and coordinate with internal departments.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   **1–3 years of experience in Export Logistics.**
-   Strong knowledge of export documentation and customs procedures.
-   Good understanding of Incoterms 2020.
-   Good command of English (written and spoken).
-   Proficiency in MS Excel.
-   ERP/WMS experience (SAP, Oracle, or Odoo) is a plus.
-   Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
