## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking enthusiastic French-Speaking Transportation Customer Experts to join our team in Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients within the transportation sector. This position provides an excellent opportunity to leverage your language skills and customer service experience in a vibrant and international work environment.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide prompt and professional customer support to French-speaking clients regarding transportation services and inquiries.
-   Assist with bookings, schedules, and resolving customer issues across multiple communication channels.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient transportation operations.
-   Stay updated on transportation policies, products, and procedures to guide customers effectively.
-   Proactively identify ways to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French (spoken and written) is required; English proficiency is an asset.
-   Experience in customer service, preferably within transportation or logistics industries.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
-   Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve issues efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
-   Familiarity with CRM tools and transportation software is beneficial.
-   Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering excellent service.
-   Willingness to work and live in Greece, adapting to a multicultural environment.
