## Description

**Job Title:** Project Engineer

**Location:** Lahore / Islamabad, Pakistan

**Job Type:** Full-time

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects from inception through completion.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Support the execution of IT projects, including hardware/software implementations, network upgrades, and system migrations.
-   Prepare and stage a variety of technologies such as desktops, laptops, POS systems, server hardware, networking equipment (wireless, switches, and firewalls).
-   Perform on-site installation of hardware and deployment of software, including hypervisors and operating systems.
-   Manage migrations and provide support for customer-specific applications.
-   Collaborate with Project Managers to define tasks, establish timelines, and ensure on-time project delivery.
-   Communicate proactively with clients, providing regular updates and setting clear expectations.
-   Deliver technical support to clients throughout project implementation.
-   Accurately log time entries to tickets and tasks in the ticketing system.
-   Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, configurations, and support guides.
-   Partner with internal teams—including senior engineers, sales, and support—to ensure smooth project coordination.
-   Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to organizational success.

## Requirements

-   **Server Administration (~2 years)**

-   Installation, configuration, and support of VMware ESXi.
-   Windows Server management, including Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Active Directory (AD), DHCP, and DNS.
-   Server hardware installation and maintenance.
-   Backup configuration and support using Datto and Veeam.
-   Application migrations across server environments.

-   **Networking (~1 year)**

-   Installation and support of firewalls, switches, and wireless networks.
-   Wireless network configuration, including SSID setup.
-   Network planning and deployment.

-   **Microsoft 365 (~1 year)**

-   Installation, configuration, and support of Microsoft 365 environments.
-   User account migrations and administration.
-   Azure AD and Azure AD Connect deployment and support.
-   Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) deployments.
-   Intune configuration and management.
-   Conditional Access policy setup.
-   SharePoint and OneDrive migrations and support.
