## Description

We’re looking for an experienced **ICI Site Supervisor** to take the reins on a fast-paced **commercial office renovation project** in the GTA.

This role is for someone who thrives in the rhythm of a live site, where coordination is everything, timelines are tight, and quality is non-negotiable. You’ll be the conductor of a busy construction orchestra, keeping every trade in sync and every detail on track.

### **What You’ll Be Doing**

-   Supervise daily site operations and coordinate multiple trades, including:

-   Electrical
-   HVAC
-   Plumbing
-   Drywall
-   Flooring
-   Millwork
-   Glazing
-   Painting

-   Manage site logistics, workflow, and scheduling, including work in **occupied office environments**
-   Enforce **Ontario Health & Safety** regulations:

-   Conduct toolbox talks
-   Maintain safety documentation

-   Review drawings and specifications (architectural + MEP)
-   Perform quality inspections and manage deficiencies
-   Coordinate with property managers, consultants, and subcontractors
-   Maintain daily site reports, progress photos, and documentation
-   Assist with project closeout, PDIs, and client handover

## Requirements

### **What You Bring**

-   **3–5 years’ experience** supervising **ICI commercial interior renovations**
-   Strong ability to read and interpret **architectural and MEP drawings**
-   Confident leadership and clear communication skills
-   Highly organized with strong coordination ability across multiple trades
-   Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-   Ability to hit the ground running with early **6:00 AM site starts**
