## Description

At inventYOU, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Stockholm and lead the delivery of complex, high-impact initiatives for our clients.

In this role, you will drive projects from initiation to execution and follow-up, ensuring structure, alignment, and successful delivery in complex business and IT environments. You will work closely with client stakeholders, business leaders, and cross-functional teams, taking ownership of governance, coordination, risk management, and communication throughout the full project lifecycle.

We are looking for someone who is highly structured, proactive, solution-oriented, and confident in leading projects where quality, accountability, and stakeholder management are essential.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead and drive complex projects from start to finish
-   Define scope, timelines, deliverables, governance, and resource plans
-   Coordinate stakeholders across business and technical teams
-   Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and project progress
-   Lead workshops, steering meetings, and status reporting
-   Ensure clear communication and strong stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle

## Requirements

-   Strong experience leading complex projects in business and IT environments

-   Proven ability to drive delivery across cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders

-   Strong experience in planning, governance, coordination, and project follow-up

-   Experience managing risks, budgets, timelines, and deliverables

-   Experience working in Agile, hybrid, and traditional project environments

-   Professional fluency in Swedish and English is required

-   Strong leadership skills and a structured approach to work

**Nice to have:**

-   Experience from consulting or client-facing environments
-   Experience leading digital transformation or business change initiatives
-   Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum-related certifications
