**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Yard Coordinator for our Lubbock, TX location. The Yard Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the yard and facility, including equipment check-in and check-out, inventory management, equipment cleaning, and maintaining overall yard organization. Familiarity with heavy machinery (CAT equipment) is advantageous.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Check in and check out equipment efficiently.
-   Capture video and photographic documentation of equipment and attachments.
-   Prepare and disseminate damage reports as required.
-   Send out damage notifications to sales, customers and service department as required
-   Maintain up-to-date inventory records for machinery and attachments using M1 system.
-   Assist with tire and undercarriage inspections and maintain tire inventory data.
-   Enter relevant data into work orders.
-   Ensure yard and shop housekeeping and maintenance.
-   Operate forklift to load / unload attachments and parts
-   Perform additional duties as assigned by service manager or shop foreman.

## Requirements

**Personal Requirements:**

-   Self-motivated and proactive individual.
-   Strong oral and written communication skills.
-   Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
-   Excellent organizational skills.
-   Mechanical background is beneficial.

**Job Requirements:**

-   Valid driver’s license.
