We are looking for experienced **Data Privacy professionals** to join our growing consulting practice across **Assistant Manager, Manager, and Associate Director** levels. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in data privacy, regulatory compliance, governance, and client advisory who are passionate about helping organizations build and strengthen enterprise privacy programs.

Depending on your level of experience, you will contribute to business development initiatives, manage client engagements, lead privacy implementation projects, and mentor high-performing teams. You will work closely with business leaders, legal, security, compliance, and technology stakeholders to deliver privacy solutions aligned with global regulations and industry best practices. This role offers an opportunity to influence strategic privacy initiatives while driving successful project execution and long-term client relationships.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead and deliver data privacy consulting engagements, ensuring successful project execution, quality, and client satisfaction.
-   Perform and oversee privacy assessments, including Application Assessments, DPIAs (Data Protection Impact Assessments), and RoPAs (Records of Processing Activities).
-   Develop and implement privacy governance frameworks, policies, and compliance documentation.
-   Support vendor privacy reviews, Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), and privacy requirements during vendor onboarding.
-   Prepare and contribute to RFP responses, solution proposals, approach documents, and thought leadership content such as white papers.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and executive leadership, providing strategic privacy guidance.
-   Identify opportunities for account growth through cross-selling and upselling privacy and compliance services.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement privacy controls and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
-   Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of continuous learning and delivery excellence.
-   Support business development, strategic hiring, capability building, and practice growth initiatives based on role and experience level.
-   Ensure adherence to project timelines, delivery standards, and organizational quality expectations.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

-   Strong hands-on experience in **Data Privacy** consulting, implementation, and governance.
-   **IAPP Certification** (such as CIPP, CIPM, or equivalent) is highly preferred and essential for relevant roles.
-   Experience conducting Application Assessments, DPIAs, RoPAs, privacy governance activities, and privacy compliance initiatives.
-   Knowledge of Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), vendor onboarding, and privacy policy development.
-   Strong understanding of global privacy regulations, governance frameworks, and privacy best practices.
-   Experience managing client engagements and collaborating with legal, compliance, information security, and business stakeholders.
-   Ability to identify business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.
-   Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
-   Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience mentoring teams and driving delivery excellence.
-   Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
