## Requirements

**Your Impact: Key Responsibilities**

-   Evaluate, analyze, and validate loan applications to determine the eligibility and credit worthiness of borrowers
-   Assist borrowers in understanding various loan products, terms, and conditions, and help them choose the most suitable one.
-   Review documents such as payslips/income statements, identification cards to assess loan applicant’s employment stability and repayment capacity.
-   Collaborate with clients to complete application information is complete and accurate and to gather all necessary documents for loan application
-   To assess and mitigate potential fraudulent application by staying up to date with the recent fraud trends and patterns
-   Ensure all loan applications and related documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements
-   Proactively follow up with loan applicants and provide regular updates on the status of their loan applications
-   Negotiate terms, conditions, and interest rates with borrowers to ensure mutual satisfaction
-   Stay updated with the latest company conditions and internal policies
-   Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to queries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with applicants.
-   Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information and adhere to all privacy guidelines

**Qualifications**

-   Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English 
-   Must be confident and comfortable in receiving inbound and/or making outbound calls and in responding to emails 
-   Must be highly detail-oriented with the ability to focus on specific information and to  identify issues and errors
-   Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment 
-   Must be willing to work on shifting schedule 
-   With reliable wired/wireless internet connection with minimum of 10MBPS
