### Role Overview

We are looking for a Cisco Network & Security Engineer with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset. This role combines networking and security responsibilities, supporting internal infrastructure and project-based work. The position is not client-facing on a daily basis and is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently in a remote environment.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Configure and maintain network infrastructure (routing and switching)
-   Set up, manage, and optimize firewall and security systems
-   Perform ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and reconfiguration of network environments
-   Support internal technical projects and infrastructure improvements
-   Ensure network performance, reliability, and security standards

### Requirements

-   1–3 years of professional experience in networking and/or security
-   Strong hands-on experience with:

-   Cisco networking (routing and switching)
-   Firewall and network security solutions

-   Solid troubleshooting skills and practical, problem-solving mindset
-   Ability to work independently in a remote/project-based setup
-   Fluent English (written and spoken)
-   Based in Europe
