## Description

Our client, an award-winning hotel group in Cyprus, is seeking an experienced Gardener to join their team and maintain the landscaping and grounds of their prestigious hotel properties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining gardens, lawns, plants, trees, and landscaped areas to ensure the property consistently meets the high standards expected of a 4- and 5-star hotel.  
  
**Responsibilities**

-   Maintain gardens, lawns, flower beds, trees, shrubs, and other landscaped areas.
-   Perform planting, pruning, trimming, watering, fertilizing, and general plant care.
-   Maintain lawns through mowing, edging, aeration, and other necessary treatments.
-   Identify and address plant diseases, pests, and other landscaping issues.
-   Operate and maintain gardening tools, machinery, and equipment safely.
-   Keep outdoor areas clean, attractive, and well-presented at all times.
-   Assist with seasonal planting and landscaping projects.
-   Maintain irrigation systems and report any faults or repairs required.
-   Remove weeds, leaves, debris, and other unwanted materials from landscaped areas.
-   Follow proper health, safety, and environmental procedures.
-   Coordinate with the Engineering or Grounds Maintenance team as required.
-   Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Gardener, Groundskeeper, Landscaper, or similar role within 4- or 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, facilities management companies, large commercial properties, or similar environments.
-   Technical or vocational training in Horticulture, Landscaping, Gardening, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
-   Good knowledge of plants, flowers, trees, shrubs, lawns, and general garden maintenance.
-   Practical experience with pruning, planting, fertilizing, watering, mowing, and pest control.
-   Familiarity with irrigation systems and gardening tools/equipment.
-   Ability to identify common plant diseases, pests, and maintenance issues.
-   Good physical fitness and ability to perform outdoor and manual work.
-   Proficient in English.
-   Willingness to relocate and work in Cyprus if selected.
