## Description

We are looking for an **external consultant,** Identity and Access Management Engineer, to join our team and support identity management systems, access control processes, and federation services within enterprise environments. The role focuses on IAM operations, identity lifecycle management, secure access configuration, and support of authentication and federation mechanisms across Microsoft-based identity platforms.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Administer and monitor Identity and Access Management systems (Microsoft Identity Manager, Entra ID)
-   Provide 2nd line support for IAM, identity systems, and federation services
-   Manage identity lifecycle processes (joiner, mover, leaver) and user access requests
-   Configure and maintain access control policies, including MFA and Conditional Access
-   Support and troubleshoot SSO and federation integrations (SAML, WS-Fed, OAuth)
-   Implement changes following ITIL-based change management processes
-   Perform incident management and troubleshooting for IAM systems
-   Maintain and update technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks
-   Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure secure and efficient identity management processes

## Requirements

-   Minimum **5 years of IT experience**
-   Minimum **4 years of experience in similar IAM roles**
-   Knowledge of **identity management concepts and lifecycle processes**
-   Experience with **Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)** and IAM system administration
-   Experience with **Microsoft Active Directory, ADFS, LDAP, Entra ID, Azure MFA**
-   Knowledge of **federation and authentication protocols** (SAML v2, WS-Fed, OAuth, WS-\*)
-   Experience designing or supporting **Identity Access Management processes**
-   Experience with **SSO and federation integrations and troubleshooting**
-   Experience working with **ITIL processes** (incident, change, configuration, release management)
-   Familiarity with **ticketing systems and structured operational workflows**
-   Basic knowledge of administering Microsoft systems
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-   Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills
-   Ability to work in dynamic and evolving environments
-   Fluency in English (minimum B2 level)
-   Minimum education level equivalent to **Level 4 qualification**
-   **Valid Security Clearance is mandatory**

**Nice to have:**

-   Certifications in Microsoft, SailPoint, or ServiceNow
