## Description

**Job Grade:** DM - MGR

**Job Location**: Lagos

**Job Overview:** To coordinate and oversee bespoke lifestyle management services for Private Banking clients by developing strategic partnerships, managing concierge services, and executing high-impact client engagement initiatives that enhance client experience, satisfaction, and retention.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Strategic development and deployment of lifestyle products to enhance client experience.
-   Maintain an engagement process flow that promotes client loyalty.
-   Ensure brand representation and standards that meet tier-client expectations and corporate goals.
-   Custodian of the private client database.
-   Custodian of strategic partnerships and collaborations that meet growing business objectives and goals, creating glitch-free onboarding and client-request processing.
-   Oversee the Group’s marketing budget, ensuring compliance and alignment with business goals.
-   Custodian of the Group’s lifestyle-management products and services and ensure all requests are completed in line with the service guide.
-   Custodian of the Group’s budget, with Group Head approval for expenditures.
-   Design and oversee all lifestyle-management process flows.
-   Deploy business-development strategies that align with client-acquisition goals.

**Qualifications & Experience**

_Mandatory_

-   First degree in any Business-related discipline
-   Relevant professional certification
-   Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in banking
